I Say:

I really wasn’t sure how much liquid to put in this mix, I decided on 200ml of almond milk in the end which made the dessert around 225 Kcal.

Instead of mixing it by hand it all went into the Nutribullet again and voila, a minute later a thick creamy mix, similar to Angel Delight is created. It is suggested it is placed into the fridge for 10 minutes before use.

I had mine drizzled with honey and raw cacao nibs, the mix was creamy and not too sweet, it doesn’t have the airy texture of Angel Delight more of a thick creamy texture that is quite filling and dense and certainly hits the spot! A definite have again.

This works out to £1.27 per portion, though My Protein often put things into sale, so wait till it is on offer and then buy in bulk.
