Smoked Paprika Humous – All in a blast

I love humous, I keep buying it forget its there and it then goes off with those awful air bubbles and rancid taste. However this recipe is so easy to whizz up you will never need to buy store-bought humous ever again.

You will need:

1 can of chickpeas washed and drained

2 tbsp of tahini

2 glugs of olive oil

1 clove of crushed garlic

1 tbsp of smoked paprika

I put all the ingredients in a nutribullet and blend, simple as that, add salt and paper and adjust to taste.

This will store easily for 3-4 days in the fridge, much longer than the store-bought stuff!
