Simple, cosy, seafront coffee

coffee-cup-eastneySo we all like somewhere to go and catch up with a coffee, as I live on the coast why not make it coffee with a view? What better place to go than the Coffee Cup at Eastney – ample seafront parking (chargeable at £1.80 an hour between March – September) and a cosy location away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist seafront.

They say:

Come inside and enjoy the warmth created by our Log Burner for those cold winter days, whilst enjoying the fantastic panoramic views on offer in this location. Three sides of our Coffee House include bi-fold doors so these views can be experienced whatever the weather.

We have a children’s book corner and will always ensure you receive a warm welcome.

We also have a large, dog friendly, outdoor seating area with a variety of table sizes to cater for all our customers.

Bring your children along and let them enjoy our free play area including a customer built Pirate Ship and huge deck chair

We have bike racks as well as anchors for dog leads if you would like to use them. We also have dog bowls (don’t forget to purchase your dog treats from our Take Out Kiosk) as well as a free secluded Deck Chair, so why not grab a Coffee and Slice of Cake and sit back and enjoy the sunshine.

If you’d rather take a stroll along the Seafront, enjoy the view from your car, or are simply in a hurry, then we have a Take Out window for your convenience.

I say:

I love this place, not in the summer as it eastney 2is busy, hot and packed but for a winter hot chocolate snug but the open fire. It is not a big place so it gets crowded very quickly as it is so popular. Around Christmas time with the lovely tasteful decorations, looking out over the cold windy seafront it is pure heaven.

The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable so for me for a quiet winter weekday getaway this is the place to be.

For those who want a coffee and go they also open a hatch outside for takeaway coffee too.
