So I fell asleep around 23:30. But I have a confession, my stomach was rumbling so much I had to eat something, so I went downstairs at ate 4 dates and 4 cashews. This has led me to mixed feelings if I am honest. Was a weak for having had the food and should I have embraced the stomach cramps and rumbling as ‘part of the process’ or was I looking after myself and listening to my body? I am not sure but can’t help feeling a little like a failure.
On the plus side I slept really well last night, not hot feet or uncomfortable listlessness. I put that down to possibly the exercise. I have planned a walk with a friend and two dogs today as well so we shall see how that goes.
Again I should but I did weigh myself – lost another 1.4lbs so now down 5lbs in total, I am hoping some of that is fat due to the 6 mile walk I did yesterday. Only time will tell though!
