Definately worth a try – great midweek date venue

Now a girl loves to drink some cocktails and have a chat… and finding a nice place to do that can be more of a challenge than you think!

Previously Bar Ha Ha, meet the Berkley, its had a new make over and a new menu and ambiance to go with it

They say: www.theberkelybarandgrill.co.uk

Welcome to The Berkeley bar & grill – where you can experience great food, classic drinks, exceptional service and an ambiance to suit your mood, located in the heart of the bustling naval town of Plymouth.

Influenced by a love of fine food, we offer something for everyone – our extensive main menu ranges from a classic breakfast (we’re open from 9am every day), to the finest grills, stone baked pizzas and mouth-watering desserts.

We’re not just about great food though; our cocktails are worth a visit alone. Freshly prepared by our bar team, we have an array of new and exciting cocktails alongside a range of classics for you to savour. Our cocktails are perfect for long summer days, especially on our after work 2 for 1 deal!

Perfect for a bite to eat during the day or somewhere to relax and unwind of an evening, we look forward to welcoming you to The Berkeley experience soon.

I say:

On a Friday and Saturday night they do great 2-4-1 cocktails (usually around £6 each) but beware I don’t think they do deal on jugs. It’s quite busy and bustling on a Friday Saturday night with good ambiance and a wide range of people and age groups. It’s never too busy that your waiting ages to get served and there is never usually any trouble there so its a good place to maybe start a night out

During the week it has a quiet relaxed feeling and getting a seat is never an issue. A great place for an informal midweek date where you wont struggle to be heard (and can make a quick getaway if needed!)

I havent tried the food however the cocktails are yummy, if you’re there say lifegoddess sent you and enjoy my fav Hazelnut martini!

Bottoms up ladies…
